I am a 1999 graduate from Indian Creek High School in Wintersville, Ohio, I completed my
bachelor's in education from Malone College in 2003 and received my Masters in the Art
of teaching from Marygrove College in 2007. I currently live in New Philadelphia, Ohio with
my very forgiving wife Kelly and our 3 beautiful children Adalyn, Brooklyn and Camdyn. We attend
First Baptist Church in New Philadelphia. I spent seventeen years passionately educating students at
Claymont City Schools. I entered real estate in 2012 when I purchased my first rental property-not to be
a landlord but rather to plant an orchard on the empty lot that came with the house, From there I sat idle
until 2017when a friend and I decided to flip a couple homes together. The profits from those homes
helped jump start my real estate investing and ignite my passion for learning. At the time I was teaching
personal finance and piloting an entrepreneur class: the curriculum I had to learn, create and master for
these courses blended perfectly for learning real estate. In 2019 I started taking real estate classes
with Hondros college and in July 2011 became a licensed real estate agent for Barnett Realty. I am
actively involved in the management and operations of my very active real estate portfolio. I genuinely
love helping and networking with people. The passions of real estate and education have fueled my
desire to be a lifelong learner and invest in the lives of those people around me.
